Lemon Berry Trifle:
Mix together cool whip, cream cheese frosting cool whip, lemon pudding. I honestly didn't measure and was experimenting.. a little of this..a little of that..till it tastes right : ) I used one Sara Lee pound cake found in the freezer section..and cut each slice in half... I cut the edges off one side for a prettier look. Then layer..cake, cream, berries..cake, cream, berries..till it reaches the top! Then I made a strawberry fan..slice a large strawberry in small cuts but not all the way to the top..leave about a quarter inch at the top..then press down so it fans out..tadaaa! |
