1. Crumble one sleeve of Ritz crackers in the packaging. 2. Melt half a stick of butter. 3. Dip chicken in butter then coat in crumbled crackers. 4. Place in a baking dish and drizzle leftover butter on top. 5. Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. 6. On the stove top mix a can of cream of chicken soup with milk and sour cream. 7. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and chopped chives or green onions. 8. Pour sauce over the chicken when done and serve over rice! YUM! |
